Join the Monster Wildlife crew.

We are a small, local wildlife removal company in the Charleston Lowcountry, and we are looking for another technician to grow with us. This is physical, outdoor work: roofs, attics, and crawlspaces, solving real animal problems for real homeowners. No call center, no cubicle, just good work that holds up.

The role

What you will actually do

01
Inspect homes for wildlife and entry points
Walk roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and exteriors to find how animals are getting in and what they have done once inside.
02
Remove animals humanely
Trap and exclude bats, raccoons, squirrels, snakes, rats, opossums, birds, and armadillos using humane methods. We do not kill animals when exclusion works.
03
Seal the home so they stay out
Screen vents, close gaps, and install exclusion materials that hold up. The gable vent screening in the photo on this page is exactly the kind of work you would do every week.
04
Clean up what wildlife leaves behind
Remove contaminated insulation, sanitize attics and crawlspaces, and reinsulate. This is the half of the job most companies skip, and it is a big part of why our work holds up.
05
Treat people and their homes with respect
Show up on time, explain the work in plain terms, and leave every property better than you found it. You are the face of the company at the door.
What we are looking for

The right person, not the perfect resume

You are comfortable on ladders and roofs, in tight attics and crawlspaces, and working outside in the Lowcountry heat.
You are physically up for it. Climbing, lifting, kneeling, and crawling are part of every day.
You have a valid driver's license and a clean enough record to drive a company truck.
You show up when you say you will. Reliability matters more to us than a polished resume.
You can talk to homeowners and stay calm around animals.
Bonus, not required: any background in pest control, construction, roofing, HVAC, or insulation.
Why work here

A small crew that does the job right

A real local company

You work directly with the owner and a small crew, not a franchise or a call center.

We train you

No wildlife experience needed. We teach you how to do the work, and how to do it right.

Steady, year round work

Wildlife does not take a season off in the Lowcountry. The work is there all year.

Truck and gear provided

Show up ready to work. We handle the truck, the ladders, and the equipment.

Room to grow

We are building out our insulation work and looking at new service areas. Get in early and grow with us.

Work that matters

You solve a real problem for a real family every single day, and you can see the results when you are done.

How to apply

Send us an email and tell us a little about yourself. You do not need a formal resume. Just your name, where you live, whether you have a driver's license, and any experience you think is relevant. None is fine, we train the right person. We read every message.
